The Winneshiek County Recorder's Office has announced that it will hold a Passport Day from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 12th, at the Courthouse.
You will need the following documents to apply for a passport: your certified birth certificate or expired passport; two separate checks; and your driver's license. If your driver's license is from another state, you will need to bring one additional form of ID, such as college ID, health card or charge card. You will also need a passport photo, which the Recorder's Office will take for a fee of $10.00.

Also on the website, you can download the passport form. If you fill it out prior to coming in to the Recorder's Office, be sure to use black ink and do not sign it before coming in.
