New physical therapist begins work at WMC

Physical therapist Jason Engelken has begun working at Winneshiek Medical Center.

Engelken graduated from Luther College in 2012, then went to graduate school at Washington University in St. Louis.  In 2014, Engelken worked with NFL, MLB, and major league soccer players during an internship in Dallas with EXOS, a performance training and physical therapy facility for elite and professional athletes.

Beginning Saturday Engelken will be offering free athletic injury checks to athletes participating in any fall sport.  This service will be offered at WMC rehab from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. every Saturday.
