Rural Decorah woman arrested on drunk driving charges

The Decorah Police Department says it has arrested a rural Decorah woman on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence.

20-year-old Alexandria Thrift was arrested for First Offense OWI following a traffic stop at Mechanic Street at Francis Street.
