Mr. Answer Person says: "I have the proverbial 'Good news, bad news' for you.  First the bad news: City of Decorah officials say there have been water quality problems in the vicinity of the dumping station.  They can't trace those problems directly to the dumping station, but since the site is unsupervised, they have locked it up.

Now for the good news: Another new dumping station has been opened at the Decorah Campground.  That means there are now several places you can dump the tanks in your RV.  There will be a modest charge for doing so, but the service is still available in Decorah."
