Letter to the Editor: A big thank you to the Decorah Rotary Club for its tours of Trout Run Trail

(John Carver of Decorah has e-mailed the following Letter to the Editor):

"A big thank you to the Decorah Rotary Club for making possible the 11 mile tour of Decorah's Trout Run Trail this past week.

Many residents and visitors would never make the entire trail on their own. This made it possible. The trail must be one of the best around with its switchbacks, the great art work along the way, and the routing in and out of Decorah.

Another big thank you to everyone who conceived and donated to this project. Also noteworthy is how well the trail is maintained by both city and county personnel. Maybe someday another tour will be available for even more to see this marvelous addition to our area."
