Clearing the News Desk #3: An update from Jefferson Street

Earlier this month decorahnews.com posted a story (http://www.decorahnews.com/news-stories/2015/07/11281.html) about property 404 Jefferson Street.  We noted the Decorah City Council authorized the City Attorney to take the owner of the property to court if repairs to the building weren't completed.

We can now report that those repairs have been completed.  City of Decorah officials say that means the threat of a lawsuit against the owner has been cancelled.
