Semi rolls over on Highway 139; driver injured

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says a Wisconsin man lost control of the semi he was driving on Highway 139 at 315 Street around 9:00 Tuesday morning.

38-year-old Lance Rogalla of Eland, Wisconsin was traveling westbound on Highway 139 when he lost control of the semi and it entered the north ditch and rolled onto its top.  The driver sustained minor injuries and was NOT transported by ambulance.   Damage was estimated at $225,000.
