Luther's Jon Christy named to leadership academy

Luther College director of assessment and institutional research Jon Christy has been selected by the Council of Independent Colleges as one of 28 administrators to participate in a year-long Senior Leadership Academy.

Christy will participate in two seminars in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C.; undertake a mentoring program; work with experts; participate in webinars; and engage in a series of readings and case studies during the 2015-16 academic year.

With more than 19 years of experience in higher education as an academic administrator and educator, Christy is an expert in all aspects of learning assessment and institutional research including goal development, research design, methods and measurement, data and information analysis, and oral and written presentation of results.
