Cho Sun Restaurant is no more

The fire that gutted the Cho Sun building happened January 8th of 2014.

On Friday, crews tore down the remaining structure of the building.  A few materials from the restaurant remain on the property, but for the most part the demolition has been completed.

Demolition of the building had been delayed while the owners of the building were in negotiations with the insurance company about a settlement.  City Administrator Chad Bird sent a letter to the owners, reminding them of the need to eventually do something with the property, which led to last week's demolition work.
