Winneshiek County Agricultural Association honors four people for their contributions

The group that runs the Winneshiek County Fair--the Winneshiek County Agricultural Association--on Tuesday honored two couples for their contributions to the Fair over the years.

Albert and Donna Ashbacher were thanked for their contributions, including serving on the Fair Board and working with the Frankville 4-H program.  Bob and Sadie Sersland were honored for work on the Fair Board and for volunteer hours spent at the 4-H Hobby House at the fairgrounds.
