College Drive extension among places hit by flooding Monday

You don't have to drive far outside of Decorah to find evidence of damage from Monday morning's heavy rainstorm.

The high waters ripped out a metal driveway culvert along College Drive north of the city limits.  There was also debris along College Drive and a waterfall of rocks caused by the erosion from the rain.
