Seed Savers among places hit by heavy rains

Portions of northern Winneshiek County received four or five inches of rain on Monday morning.

The Seed Savers Exchange Visitors Center was open for business as normal on Tuesday, but Monday's strong storm brought on the need for warning cones along the North Winn Road, tree trunks that had to be chainsawed and a parking lot that needed more gravel.
