Winneshiek County flooding impacts farmers

It's not just roads that got damaged in Monday morning's heavy rainfall in Winneshiek County.

Many farm fields received so much rain that corn stalks were pushed into the mud.  This scene along Middle Hesper Road shows the problems farmers now face of possible crop losses, as well as mud and debris that needs to be cleared away.
