Two charges filed against a Decorah man

A Decorah man has been arrested on charges of Harassment and Criminal Mischief.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department Monday afternoon arrested 32-year-old Andrew Quinn of Decorah on a warrant for harassment and criminal mischief. Quinn was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
