Accident near Eyota, Minnesota involving Decorah man kills Kellogg, MInnesota man

The Minnesota State Patrol says a two-vehicle accident on Highway 42 in Olmsted County on Thursday afternoon killed 31-year-old Andrew Johnson of Kellogg, Minnesota.

Johnson was driving his SUV east on County Road 9 around 3:00 Thursday afternoon.   61-year-old Donald Wilkins of Decorah was driving a dump truck south on Highway 42.  The two vehicles collided at the intersection, killing Johnson.  Wilkins was not injured.
