Chase Bank names semifinalists in its business competition — and a Decorah firm is on the list

Chase Bank has announced that Midwest Group Benefits of Decorah has been selected as a semifinalist in a competition to receive one of 20 $100,000 small business expansion grants from Chase.

Midwest Group Benefits now will have a panel of judges review its business plan for expansion.  The judges will select the 20 highest-ranking small businesses.  Each of those businesses will receive a $100,000 small business expansion grant from Chase Bank.

The recipients will be announced in September.
