Waukon man arrested in Winneshiek County on two charges

A Waukon man, 44-year-old Jesse Fish, was arrested Monday night in Winneshiek County for operating while intoxicated and for possession of marijuana.
Fish was stopped on Highway 9 at Montgomery Street in Decorah, then arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
