Postville man transferred to Winneshiek County Jail

A 60-year-old Postville man, Michael Foltz, has been transferred from the Fayette County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail.

Foltz was picked up from the Fayette County Jail on a Winneshiek County court order for unserved jail time.
