Two arrested on disorderly conduct charges

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies and Decorah Police officers responded to a disturbance call on Dogwood Road in Freeport around 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
34-year-old Ramon Sepulveda from Postville was charged with simple disorderly conduct and serious public intoxication and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail. He was also arrested and held on an Arrest Warrant out of Allamakee County. 29-year-old Fatah Mahat of Postville also was arrested on a simple disorderly conduct and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
