Cresco Police arrest Decorah man for unserved jail time

The Cresco Police Department picked up 42-year-old Christopher M. Spry of Decorah Thursday night on a Winneshiek County court order for unserved jail time.
He was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office.
