Alabama woman posts bond on Winneshiek County charges--but is taken to Minnesota on Houston County charges

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says it arrested 45-year-old Lisa Tollefsrud Parsons of Fort Mitchell, Alabama on Sunday on a warrant for serious misdemeanor theft-4th and took her to the Winneshiek County Jail. 

Tollefsrud Parson then posted bond on Monday, but was held in custody on a separate Minnesota warrant for theft by check.  She waived extradition on the Minnesota warrant on Tuesday and was transported to Minnesota by the Houston County Sheriff's Department.
