Ossian woman taken to Winneshiek County Jail on probation violation warrant related to 2013 meth lab arrest

The Fayette County Sheriff's Department on Friday arrested 35-year-old Jessica Lynn Kipp of Ossian on a Winneshiek County Probation Violation warrant.  She has now been transported by Sheriff Dan Marx to the Winneshiek County Jail.

Criminal charges against Kipp were filed in February of 2013 after Decorah Police served search warrants in connection with meth labs.  Kipp originally entered a plea of "not guilty" to charges in the case, but later in the year changed that plea to "guilty."
