(Mr. Answer Person has had numerous people ask some variation of this question: "There's a sign on East Water Street that says, "Sale Pending--Federal Minimum Security Drug Intervention Facility"  Is a prison REALLY coming to Decorah?"

Mr. Answer Person says: "No."


OK--for those who want a longer explanation, the sign has been put there as a joke.  You see, the reason this is funny is because...umm, can Mr. Answer Person get back to you on that?"
