Iowa Judicial System is continuing the conversion to electronic records in Winneshiek County

Beginning on June 30th all court filings in Winneshiek, Allamakee, Chickasaw and Howard Counties will be required to be done electronically through Iowa's EDMS (Electronic Document Management System).

The court system is taking a number of steps to make sure users of the Winneshiek County court system are up to speed.  An open house has just been scheduled on Tuesday, June 23rd, from 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the courthouse.

The court system will also begin holding a total of 14 training sessions on Winneshiek County on the new system.  The classes will start right after Memorial Day.
