Decorah third grader wins writing contest

Carrie Lee Elementary School third grader Sydney Kipp has won a creative writing contest.
Sydney won the third grade division of the Northeast Iowa Writing Contest, sponsored by the Northeast Iowa Reading Council. She was honored at the Northeast Iowa Reading Council banquet.
Mrs. Stacy Knight is Sydney's teacher.
