West Union woman arrested on probation violation

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says it has arrested a West Union woman on a warrant for a probation violation.
52-year-old Sheila Grotegut of West Union was picked up Thursday afternoon from custody in the Allamakee County Jail and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail, where she will await charges oof violating her probation.
