Quilts of Valor program getting a grant from the Depot Outlet

For the second year the Depot Outlet has granted funding to Decorah Quilts of Valor.

The organization was started in May of 2014 with the goal of presenting quilts to veterans.  So far the group has presented 28 Quilts of Valor to Winneshiek County Veterans touched by war.
