Iowa Dairy Center given Silos & Smokestacks award

The Iowa Dairy Center at NICC Calmar has won a 2015 Golden Silo Award.

Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area has recognized ther Dairy Center as one of the area's finest. The "Golden Silo Awards" are presented to individuals and organizations whose contributions demonstrate excellence in preserving and telling America's agricultural story, both past and present.

Iowa's Dairy Center was given "The Outstanding Interpretation Award" for telling the story of agriculture in Iowa.
