Would City of Decorah residents pay for stormwater runoff protection?

Would Decorah residents be willing to pay a stormwater utility fee to help fund stormwater management practices in Decorah?  That's one of the questions being asked by University of Iowa graduate school students who have been working in Decorah for the Iowa Initiative on Sustainable Communities over the past school year.

The students on Monday night will present their final draft of the storm water project.
