Early morning incident at Corner Bar leads to arrest

Decorah Police report a call to the Corner Bar early morning on April 2. Jonathan Clyde Downing, 37, of Decorah, was reported to have entered the bar after closing hours. Police had also responded to an earlier call regarding Downing. He was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
