New sign is put up in Phelps Park

A new sign is now greeting visitors to Decorah's Phelps Park.

The sign is part of a kiosk that has been put up in Phelps Park.  The wood in the kiosk came from an oak tree in the park that blew down.  Park-Rec workers had it milled and used it in the kiosk--and also in some of the new picnic shelters in the park.
