Winneshiek County court system is ready to convert to the new electronic filing system

The Iowa Court System is making preparations to implement the Electronic Document Management System in Winneshiek County, as well as in Allamakee, Chickasaw and Howard Counties. 

In the future court-related filings will be required to be done electronically.  The Iowa JUdicial Brnahc has announced a town hall meeting in Decorah to explain the new process.

Court officials will be at the Winneshiek County Courthouse at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 29th to lead the training and answer any questions.
