How much snow did we get?

How much snow you got in Sunday and Monday's blizzard depends a whole lot on where you live.

In Waverly, for instance, there was only a little light drizzle on Sunday--and no snowfall at all. In parts of Wisconsin over a foot of snow fell.

The National Weather Service Office in La Crosse puts Decorah's official snowfall total at 9.5 inches. However, areas to the north and east of Decorah received even more snow. The NWS says 11.5 inches of snow fell in three locations 7 or 8 miles northeast of Decorah.

Marquette in Clayton County got a foot of snow, but the heaviest snowfalls came in Wisconsin. Prairie Du Chien received 13 inches of snow, while Fennimore to the east of Prairie Du Chien received 15 inches of snow.
