Contract with engineer for new Decorah pool slide is being reviewed

Members of the Decorah Parks and Recreation Board have tentatively selected an engineer to handle the project to install a new water slide at the Decorah Swimming Pool.

However, the City Attorney's Office is reiviewing the proposed contract, which is 20 pages long.  If everything passes the legal review, it is expected the name of the engineering firm will be announced and the planning work will begin.
