Decorah man arrested on third offense public intoxication charge

A Decorah man has been arrested on charges of Public Intoxication Third or Subsequent Offense.

31-year-old Brian Fullhart of Decorah was taken into custody early Monday morning after Decorah Police discovered him lying in the middle of the Mechanic Street and Broadway Street intersection.
