Updating the names of local residents on Luther College's Fall of 2014 Dean's List

(Note: Several readers have asked that we list the names of Luther College students from every town in Winneshiek County who were named to the fall Dean's List, not just Decorah resident.  Here is an updated, expanded list):

To be named to the 2014 fall semester Dean's List at Luther College a student must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale and must complete at least 12 credit hours with 10 hours of conventional grades (A, B, C, D).

Calmar resident Kaitlyn Orvis was named to the list, as was Fort Atkinson resident Hannah Kelly, Ossian resident Alexis Hove and Ridgeway resident Elizabeth Hovden.

Decorah residents named to the list were Emily Alcock, Parker Beard, Lindsey Bohr, Courtney Bruening, LeahAnne Dahlquist, Marlon Henriquez, Hans Holkesvik, Marea Holkesvik, Tyler Hovey, Jacqueline Hoyme, Kayla Ingvalson, Jenna Iverson, Hannah Kuehner, Aaron Kvale, Patrick Larson, Hannah Leeper, Peter Lillibridge, Margaret Locke, Moran Lonning, Anna Madrigal, Emily Markee, Chloe Meyer, James Ostlie, Breanne Pierce, Riley Samuelson, Blaise Schaeffer, Aidan Spencer, Martin  Stalberger, Matthew Sullivan, Blake Taylor, Nicholas Vande Krol, Faith Vilardo and John Werner.
