Mc Donald's of Decorah donates blankets to Winneshiek Medical Center

McDonalds of Decorah has presented the Winneshiek Medical Center Inpatient Services department with hand-made blankets for pediatric patients.

The blanket project began in 2010 and since then, more than 200 patients have received the thoughtful gifts during their stay at Winneshiek Medical Center.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota coordinates the project for the region.  Each blanket has a special tag that says 'Tied with Love' from Ronald McDonald.
