Four Luther students won Fulbright awards for the 2014-15 academic year— Kirsten Jacobson, Madeline Kofoed, Kimberly Rooney and Rebecca Rudquist—putting Luther among the colleges and universities producing the most Fulbright students this year.

"Luther College is proud...that four Luther students have received this distinguished award this year," said Luther College President Dr. Paula Carlson,

The Fulbright competition is administered at Luther through Luther associate dean Terry Sparkes, who also serves as director of curriculum development and college honors.
