American Cancer Society begins "Daffodils Days" fundraiser

Volunteers for the American Cancer Society are now taking orders for bunches of daffodils that will be delivered in March.

The daffodils, which are considered "flowers of hope," will help raise money for cancer research, education, advocacy and patient services through the American Cancer Society.

A bunch of 10 stems of daffodils are given with each $10 donation.  Orders must be placed by next Wednesday, February 18th.  Order forms can be obtained at Viking State Bank or from Janice Meyer in Ossian or Jan Exey in Decorah.

The daffodils will be delivered on March 10th, weather permitting.
