Mike Haluska, blogger!

Decorah School Superintendent is taking to the Internet as one more way of staying in touch with people in the school district.

Haluska has begun a blog at http://michaelhaluska.edublogs.org.  "I truly hope this blog reaches many within the DCSD area and leads to further dialogue," he says.

Haluska has begun sharing his views on issues from weather delays and cancellations to school funding recommendations.  Going forward, Haluska reports his blog "will primarily relate to this legislative session."  Another topic for the blog will include the Teacher Leadership and Compensation grant the district was recently awarded.
