New Decorah police officer is sworn in

The Decorah Police Department has a new officer.  Brent Parker was officially sworn in on Tuesday night.  Parker had been working for the West UNion Police Department.  He replaces longtime Decorah police officer Al Ludeking, who retired earlier this month.
