HSNEI looking for area artists to decorate animal statues

The Humane Society of Northeast Iowa is seeking artists in Winneshiek, Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette and Howard Counties interested in decorating a fiberglass animal statue to be auctioned at HSNEI's Fall 2015 fundraiser "Tails and Treasures".

The statues will be provided to the artists by HSNEI and can be viewed at www.hsnei.com.

Anyone interested in decorating a statue can email hsneiowa@gmail.com or call Pat Brockett at 563-277-1054 by January 30th.  An application packet will then be mailed out requesting which statue the artist wants to decorate and how they would decorate it.  The deadline for returning this to HSNEI is February 26th.  Those artists whose designs are selected will be notified after that date.
