FSA's Julie Vulk to retire in January

Winneshiek County Farm Service Agency Executive Director Julie Vulk is announcing plans to retire at the end of January.

Vulk has worked for Farm Services Agency for 34 years. She says January 30th will be her last day the the FSA Service Center at 2296 Oil Well Road in Decorah.

A reception is being planned for her. It will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 30th at the FSA Service Center.
