Christmas Eve fight leads to charges against two men

Decorah police officers were called to the Decorah Public Library parking lot around 8:30 Christmas Eve to handle a fight.

When officers arrived, they found 25-year-old William Arther Kuntz Cloyd and 42-year-old William Arther Kuntz arguing.  The two men--who live at 101 1/2 West Main Street, Apartment 4 in Decorah--were both arrested on charges of Public Intoxication and on charges of Interference with official acts.
