Decorah Police make shoplifting arrest

Decorah Police say they made a shoplifting arrest at Wal-Mart on Christmas Eve Day.

30-year-old Matthew Baker of Britt, Iowa was arrested, cited for 4th Degree Shoplifting and released. Police claim Baker was trying to take almost $300 worth of merchandise from the store without paying for it.
