NICC Business and Community Solutions receives an award

NICC Business and Community Solutions Executive Director Wendy Knight and NICC vice president of Business and Community Solutions Wendy Mihm-Herold with the LERN award

Northeast Iowa Community College Business and Community Solutions has received a top honor.

The Learning Resources Network selected Business and Community Solutions, the business and industry training, continuing education and economic development division of NICC, from more than 140 applicants and named it tops for its management and contract training practices among customers and clients.

LERN honored the division for its innovative and replicable procedures in several management areas, including establishing new operations procedures, developing staff training and refining job descriptions.
