NE Iowa counties getting a State Housing Trust Fund Grant to spur affordable housing

The Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors has approved a $266,467 grant to the Northeast Iowa Regional Housing Trsut Fund, which serves Allamakee, Clayton, Howard and Winneshiek Counties.

The money will be used to support local affordable housing initiatives.  The funding is provided from the State Housing Trust Fund's Local Housing Trust Fund program.
