Community Action names new Transit Program Director

Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation has named Curt McNew its new Transit Program Director.  He replaces longtime Transit Program Director Earl Henry, who is retiring at the end of the year.

McNew is a native of Northeast Iowa.  He and his wife Janell currently live in Cresco.  He started his new job on Monday and will be working with Henry on the transition through the end of the year.

NEICAC's Transit program covers Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard and Winneshiek counties.  The NEICAC transit fleet consists of over 50 vehicles and annually provides in excess of 190,000 one-way rides.
