Letter to the Editor: Bob Wilson of Decorah on No Child Left Behind

(Our series of news stories aboyt the Decorah Community School District receiving a "School in Need of Assistance" label because of No Child Left Behind legislation prompted this Letter to the Editor from Bob Wilson of Decorah):

What party pushed through NCLB & SINA legislation and its accompanying "solutions?"  Privatizing public and social responsibilities seems to be the panacea for nearly every problem.

Of course making availability of access to private tutoring would be fully funded in order to avoid discrepancies based on socio-economic status ... fully until it's time for castrating and squealing.
