City of Decorah will no longer pick up leaves this fall

The Decorah Street Department is announcing that it will no longer be picking up leaves placed in the street.  It has also closed the leaf bin at the Street Department offices on Railroad Avenue.

Street Department officials say you can still take your leaves to the Lawn Waste Disposal Site on Trout Run Road.  However, the yard waste site will close after Wednesday, November 26th.
